Image Archival
With SEMICAPS 2200, user can say good-bye to Polaroid(TM) archives. The digital images can be saved in standard image file formats like jpeg, tif and bmp, together with the notes and keywords. A thumbnail viewer is provided for quick image file identification, overcoming the hassle in using filenames to search your database.
 
 

Measurement & Annotation
Measurement tool is available for measuring the size of image features with micron bar for dimenisional reference. Annotation on digital images is as simple as penning your notes onto a polaroid. All measurements and annotation made on the image can be exported to other software for processing.
 
Printout
High quality printout is supported on any Windows(TM) compatible printer or thermal video printer. Annotation and measurement data on an image are easily printed. Archived digital images can be played back to the SEMs photo CRT to deliver a photographic prinout with the Photo Playback option.
 
Image Processing Functions
Multiple image processing functions like sharpening "cut & paste", image correlation, noise reduction & enhancement, image resizing etc can be performed by the 2200 software.
