SEMICAPS 2200

SEMICAPS 2200 runs in the Windows(TM) environment, digitizes images from SEMs, TEMs, Augers and light microscopes into PC compatible file formats. With its simple menu driven user interface, learning is made easy and no prior experience is required. The non-fading image display does always with dark working environment.

SEMICAPS 2200 has a unique hardware averaging noise reduction mode that surpasses any software averaging algorithm, ensuring the highest possible noise free images. For post-processing, a wide library of image processing functions are available. Digital images can be transmitted via intranet or internet, improving data file transfer capability.
